Register by September 1, 2005 and you are automatically entered in our drawing to win free admission to camp!
In the event that we do become full, we can still accept your registration and add you to a waiting list. If a participant cancels, then the first person on the list will be notified and registered for the week. A full refund is given if you do not get in, or if you decide to be removed from the waiting list.
We also have a rollover policy for those on the waiting list. Anyone on the list who does not get into the week, has the option of leaving their deposit with us, which will guarantee them automatic registration for next year's event. Those who are pre-registered through this process have until the opening of next year's registration to request a full refund of their deposit.
REGISTRATION POLICY
DBCCHW participants may record activities during the week for personal and educational purposes only. In other words, under no circumstances may anyone, whether it’s the taper or anyone else, reproduce, sell or transfer the recordings to anyone other than Louisiana Folk Roots or the recorded artist. Taper must first obtain prior permission from each artist before recording. Taper also agrees to give copies to LFR if requested to do so and LFR will cover costs of recording media for the copies.
I agree
to abide by the Louisiana Folk Roots recording policy. I also understand the registration process including the cancellation fees and dates as stated above. I understand that classes require a minimum enrollment and may be canceled or instructors may be changed.
Please check here if you understand and agree to the above REGISTRATION POLICY.
