Bonjour!

Folk Roots Kids Camp in Lafayette from M-F, June 10-14, 2024, will include fun-filled days of traditional music instrument workshops, crafts, French language singing, dance, movement & recreation games, canoeing, museum tours, and good eats at Vermilionville for youth ages 8-13 (entering 3rd - 8th grades). Instrument loans are available for day-camper use if needed (no take-home use); personal music instruments should be transported and stored at home daily during the Camp week.

Tuition fee includes a daily morning “Biscuits & Jam” snack, hearty lunch meal, afternoon snack, and water beverage. Campers can bring refillable water bottles or extra snacks. A grand finale performance & dance with the Kids Campers, musician instructors, families and friends will occur on the Friday afternoon of Kids Camp.
