Directions
From Lafayette:
Go north on I-49 –- go past Opelousas
Take exit 23/US 167 and turn left toward Ville Platte
Once in Ville Platte, turn right onto LA 3042/N. Dupre Street
Turn left onto LA 3042/W. Lincoln Road
Veer right onto LA 3042/Chicot Park Road
Park entrance is about 7 miles down LA 3042, on the right

From Baton Rouge airport:
Take LA 190 West to I-49 (at Opelousas)
Go north on I-49 and follow the directions above
From the north on I-49:
Take exit 46 and go south (right) on LA 106
Turn left onto LA 3042 south
Continue to the main entrance, which is on your left
Tell the gatehouse ranger at the main entrance you are with Louisiana Folk Roots. Then follow the signs to the Group Camp area where you can check-in during the day, or our Dance Area where you can check-in during our evening dances.
